I've been a patient at Greystone House since I moved to Redhill about 5 years ago. I've always had positive experiences and have found the receptionists to be friendly, cheerful and very helpful. My husband took ill one day (turned out to be a kidney stone) but his surgery wouldn't see him as he had not been for a visit for too long so they had de-registered him. I phoned Greystone and they saw him straight away. I would highly recommend this surgery. I have found everyone to be highly professional and helpful and I've never had a problem getting an appointment within a reasonable time.

I've been a patient at Greystone for over 4 years and have gotten great care 95% of the time, my only real negative experience was with a locum who I've not been seen by since. Greystone have been very attentive to my sons needs since birth also and the process of speaking to a triage/duty doctor to determine my need for an appointment on that day is an excellent approach and really makes me, as a patient, felt listened, to. Great work greystone. Looking forward to the expansion.

I've needed a great deal of medical care over the last year with three major emergancy surgeries along side my normal issues and the surgery as a whole have been excellent from the gps to the nursing staff and the receptionists.

Cannot fault the service that this surgery provide. No matter how busy they are if you are concerned you always receive a call back as a minimum and are fitted-in if an appointment is necessary. Doctors always take whatever time is needed to sort/discuss any matter
